Impressed with the friendly staff, amenities, atmosphere, food, and overall professionalism. Staff has been very "welcoming" and eager to assist with any request. Location is perfect for visiting. My in-laws feel the comforts of being safe with that "at home" feeling. The extra visiting/game rooms for great grandkids to visit is an added bonus.

My mother lived here in the Memory care for the last 2.5 years of her life. She was able to age in place and pass peacefully. Everyone who cared for her was excellent. Willie, the overall director, Tracy, director of Memory Care, Leighanne, with activities, the nurses and aids ( Mack, Jack, Agnes, Shirley and many more ) even Val, who served us dinner every day and Michelle ,who greeted me daily at the front desk, every time I came to visit. The associates at Harborchase South Moore really became our family and cared for my mom like she was part of theirs. This is an excellent place.

My mother and brother were both here. Is it perfect no, but they are a top notch facility that we will use again. We have a total of 5 people we have recommended that like this facility. Take a tour and see how they operate. They have some of the same staff from when they opened. We love the workers and the place.
